Title:
MICROWAVE FREQUENCY MULTIPLYING AMPLIFIER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2998837
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve multiplication gain and to miniaturize a device.
SOLUTION: An input impedance matching circuit 100 consisting of a basic wave input, impedance matching circuit 400 and a double-wave impedance control circuit 500 having one end connected to the gate terminal A of an FET 300 is connected between an input terminal In and the FET 300, while an output impedance matching circuit 200 consisting of a basic wave short-circuit means 600 having one end connected to the drain terminal of the FET 300 and a double-wave output impedance matching circuit 700 is connected between the FET 300 and the output terminal Out of the FET 300. The impedance of the double-wave impedance control circuit 500 is set to such a value that a resonance frequency of frequency equal or close to the double frequency is formed together with the input impedance of the FET 300.
