Abstract:
To solve such a problem that, although a grinder of special usage deals with grinding of hard material, production efficiency is low and, because the grinder is single equipment, the production efficiency of feeding and carrying-out is also low, and high production efficiency is desired.SOLUTION: By constituting a microwave heating and drying crushing device exhibited by Fig.1, high production efficiency can be provided. By performing microwave heating and drying processing before material crushing, hard material is changed to brittle material, the changed material is supplied to the grinder, and the ground product can be produced according to an ordinary grinding processing. By coupling a microwave heating and drying part and a grinding part, consistent production from raw material to ground product can be performed to provide the high production efficiency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
