Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to prevent generation of faults caused by processed objects fallen from a conveying means by avoiding them from being accumulated and to stably convey the processed objects without being affected by extension of a belt of a belt conveyor for conveying the objects.
SOLUTION: The microwave irradiation processing device irradiating microwaves on the processed objects for processing conveyed along a given conveying directions provided with a conveying means for conveying the processed objects mounted along a given conveying direction, an irradiating means irradiating the microwaves on the processed objects conveyed by the conveying means, and an exhausting means equipped with a slanted face part arranged at a position where the processed objects loaded and conveyed on the conveying means fall from the conveying means, and an exhausting hole arranged at a lower end of the slanted face part.
