Title:
MICROWAVE SPDT SWITCH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000077903
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce nonlinear distortion while preventing isolation decrease and power consumption increase.

When this switch is controlled to control voltage Vc=L at the time of transmitting, both PIN diodes D11 to D13 on the side of a switching circuit 1 and a PIN diode D21 on the side of a switching circuit 2 are turned off, in the switching circuit 1, a transmitting port P1 is connected with an antenna port P2 through 1/4 wavelength microstrip lines 11 and 12 and in the switching circuit 2, the antenna port P1 is disconnected from a receiving port P3. When the switch is controlled to control voltage Vc=H at the time of receiving, both the PIN diodes D11 to D13 on the switching circuit 1 side and the PN diode D21 on the switching circuit 2 are turned on, in the switching circuit 1, the transmitting port P1 is disconnected from the antenna port P2 and in the switching circuit 2, the antenna port P1 conducts the receiving port P3.
