Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a microwave tube which has a small size and high reliability, and a collector of the microwave tube.SOLUTION: A collector used for a microwave tube is constructed by a high frequency circuit part that amplifies a high frequency by a multi action of an electron gun part discharging the electron beam and the electron beam and a collector that collects the electron beam. The collector comprises: a vacuum envelope formed by a cylindrical conductive material; a cylindrical insulation ceramic of which an inner circumference is inscribed to the vacuum envelope; a cylindrical conductive pipe of which the inner circumference is inscribed to the insulation ceramic; and a conductive collector electrode which is welded to the conductive pipe in a welding part where an outer shape is formed in an almost cylinder, and is smaller than a half of an outer periphery of the almost cylinder, in which the outer periphery other than the welding part is not contacted with the conductive pipe during non-operation of the microwave tube, and at least one part of the outer periphery other than the welding part is contacted with the conductive pipe during the operation of the microwave tube.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
