PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compounds, pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof, and methods of using the same.SOLUTION: The present invention provides compounds, pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof, and methods of using the same. The present invention provides, among other things, novel compounds for use in the treatment of cancer. In certain embodiments, such compounds are characterized by having a particularly advantageous pharmacological profile. In some embodiments, such compounds possess increased potency over known migrastatin analogs. In some embodiments, such compounds possess increased solubility over known migrastatin analogs.
