Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a milk drink product prevented from quality deterioration such as oil ring/precipitation/demulsification/white solid growth caused by flotation of milk fat in view of the fact that, since milk-containing drink products such as coffee milk drink and tea milk drink easily cause quality deterioration such as the oil ring and the precipitation caused by flotation of milk fat, the drink is distributed and preserved at low temperatures in terms of preservation stability according to an order from the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
This milk-containing drink product is obtained by containing a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester and/or sodium stearoyl lactate.
