Abstract:
PURPOSE: To aqueous solution of a composition consisting of sulfamic acid and ureic acid is applied to dissolve off milk stones dipositting on walls of facilities and devides for dairy products.
CONSTITUTION: An aqueous solution containing 100pts.wt. of sulfamic acid and 120W180pts. of urea is brought into contact with milk stones at 10W70°C to dissolve them off.
