To provide a millimeter wave transmission/reception module for performing high-accuracy bias adjustment simply in a short period of time without using any expensive trimming resistance body.
A microcomputer 51 gives a set value of drain voltage to a regulator 61 for drain bias in a bias circuit 6, the set value corresponding to a detected temperature value of a temperature monitor 35 inputted thereinto from an A/D converter in the bias circuit 6. This causes a drain voltage to be impressed in common on drain electrodes D of a prescribed number of MMICs 40-1 to 40-n. Based on detected current values by a current monitor 36 inputted from the A/D converter in the bias circuit 6, the microcomputer 51 successively finds set values of gate voltage on the prescribed number of MMICs 40-1 to 40-n to output them to D/A converters 64-1 to 64-n in the bias circuit 6. This causes gate voltages to be separately supplied to the MMICs 40-1 to 40-n.
