SOLUTION: In a milling apparatus of grains of cereals equipped with a stone mortar constituted of upper and lower mortars 22a, 22b and supplying grains of cereals to both contact surfaces 51 rubbed with each other of the upper and lower mortars 22a, 22b to mill them and sending out milled cereal flour to the outer peripheral parts of the contact surfaces 51, a flour receiving member 53 for receiving the cereal flour sent out to the outer peripheral parts of the contact surfaces 51 is provided in a ring shape along the outer peripheral surface of the lower mortar 22b and a flour sieving member 60 for sorting the cereal flour received from the flour receiving member 53 is provided in a ring shape along the outer peripheral surface of the lower mortar 22b under the flour receiving member 53 and a brush device 70 for gathering up the cereal flour received by the flour receiving member 53 and a brush device 71 for rubbing down the cereal flour received by the flour sieving member 60 are moved along the flour receiving member 53 and the flour sieving member 60 along with the rotation of the stone mortar 22.
