To prevent a printing position from being shifted in a printing paper sheet P as much as possible, to restrain a void from being generated in a printed image on the printing paper sheet P, and to enhance print quality.
A press roller 10 for pressing the printing paper sheet P onto an outer circumferential face side of a plate cylinder 3 is provided rotatably around the axis in the vicinity of the plate cylinder 3, the press roller 10 is reciprocated between a pressure contact position and an evacuation position while matched with a rotational operation of the plate cylinder 3, to ride across a clamper 4, and bound regulating members 17 are provided at both end surfaces of the plate cylinder 3 to regulate rebounding of the press roller 10 on an outer circumferential face of the plate cylinder 3, just after the press roller 10 is restored from the evacuation position to the pressure contact position and is landed onto a nonhole part 3b of the plate cylinder 3 via a mimeographic original paper sheet M.
