CONSTITUTION: When a resistor 21 with a resistance value of RL is connected to contact points T1, T2 of a main body 10A, detected voltage V1 is reference voltage Vref2 of a comparator N2<Vi<reference voltage Vrefl of a comparator 1. Accordingly, the output of the comparator N1 is H level, the output of the comparator N2 is L level, the gate N3 is L level, and the gate N4 is H level. Thus, only a voice generator N6 is operated to generate a voice. On the other hand, when the resistance value of the resistor 21 is RH, Vref2<Vref1<Vi, and only a voice generator N5 is operated to generate a voice.
