Title:
MINERAL DETECTING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2979136
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit identification non-destructively under conditions in which a carrier of a thin-layer chromatography(TLC) coexists by detecting a mineral developed by the TLC or a molecule including a mineral.
SOLUTION: An analysis target includes a transient metal such as Fe important for a living body, K, or Ca or the like, if it is in a large amount, Na, Mg can be detected, and in the other method, an element with its high electro- negativity degree of non-metal difficult to be measured, for example, halogens such as chloride, bromine or the like, sulfur, phosphor or the like can be detected. Further, a molecule including a mineral can be detected, and with a halogen being a character, for example, TPN(tetrachloroisophthalo nitryl) of herbicide employed as an disinfectant or associated component can be detected. Here, for example, as a carrier of the TCL, a specimen is spotted on an TCL plate in which cellulose is coated, and acetate, pyridine, and hydrochloric acid are developed as solvents. Next, the TLC plate is dried quickly under air flow, and detection of mineral is performed.
