Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause an image of a large subject having unevenness to be excellently focused on a photographing plane, and acquire image data of high resolution in a short time.SOLUTION: The image acquisition device is provided that has: a mirror unit that reflects a subject image formed by an image forming optical system 104; a re-image forming optical system 106 that re-forms the subject reflected by the mirror unit; and an image pickup element 110 that photoelectrically converts the subject image re-formed by the re-image forming optical system, and acquires image data on the subject by moving and scanning the subject with an angle formed with respect to a direction optically conjugate to a pixel array direction of the image pickup element in a focusable in-plane orthogonal to an optical axis direction of the image forming optical system. The mirror unit has a holding mechanism section 109 subjecting a reflection surface to an out-of-plane bending deformation around a plurality of mutually parallel first shafts in accordance with a surface shape of the subject, and the image pickup element has one or a plurality of pixel arrays extending toward a direction of a second shaft orthogonal to the first shaft.
