Abstract:
PURPOSE: To substantially reduce man-hour for assembly work.
CONSTITUTION: When the joint surface 7 of a vibrating plate 2 to which a vibrator 4 is joined, is formed into a plane shape nearly perpendicular to a vertical line passing through the center A of a mirror 1, and the mirror 1 and the vibrating plate 4 are set to a joining jig 8 on the basis of a parallel line C passing through the center of the mirror 1, the joint surface 7 also becomes parallel to the parallel line C as the basis, and thus the joining of the vibrating plate 2 to the mirror 1 and the joining of the vibrator 4 to the vibrating plate 2 can be performed simultaneously.
