Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a structural bar material which possesses structural strength as strong as possible and is resources-sawing by a method wherein the structural bar material is constituted of a molded shell of a hollowed state by a metallic thin film and a reinforced solid core made of foamed resin which is stuck to and filled into the hollow part of the molded shell.
CONSTITUTION: A lateral frame 1 or a longitudinal small frame 2 are all in a matter constituting structural bar material and all of the lateral frame 1 and longitudinal small frame 2 possess molded shell 3 wherein though an aluminum thin sheet having a thickness of 3mm is roll-formed into a hollowed state having the same sectional form in a longitudinal direction so as to form an external form dividing shell and it processes shape retention in itself but does not possess structural strength. Furthermore, a reinforcing solid core 11 by high-foamable foamed urethane which is stuck to and filled into a hollow part of the molded shell 3 so as to solidify and strength the molded shell 3 is provided. Herewby, the structural strength as the structural bar material is secured and held.
