Abstract:

To shorten the time until the launch according to the kind and the characteristic of a target by selecting a method where a missile is launched toward an expected meeting point, and the missile is guided after the launch to the expected meeting point with the target by the acceleration command from the ground.

The signal to direct a target from a fire control signal processing device 5 based on the position information of the target acquired by selecting a prompt response mode by a target homing device 3, is transmitted to a launching equipment drive control device 7 directs the launching equipment 8 toward the target, and a body 2 of a missile is launched. The acceleration command to guide the body 2 of the missile to the expected meeting point is calculated by the fire control signal processing device 5 based on the information such as the position and the speed of the target and the body 2 of the missile to be acquired by the target homing device 3 and a missile homing device 4. The launching time can be shortened according to the kind and the characteristic of the target.
