Title:
MIST FEEDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3392361
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an appropriate concentration of mist at all times.
SOLUTION: The inside of a main tank is vertically partitioned by a partition plate 2, the lower part is to an oil storage camber 3, and the upper part is set to a mist storage chamber 4. Oil L in the oil storage chamber 3 is fed to an auxiliary tank 14 by a pump 11, and the oil L in the auxiliary tank 14 is continuously discharged to a nozzle 5 via an oil passage 15 composed of a siphon tube. The nozzle 5 provided in a ceiling wall of the main tank 1 generates mist from the oil L flowed in from the auxiliary tank 14 and the compressed air flowed in from an air pressure source 16 and injects it to a mist storage chamber 3. When the quantity of discharge from the pump 11 is increased, the oil L is once stayed in the auxiliary tank 14 and continuously flows from the auxiliary tank 14 to the nozzle 5, and a large quantity of oil L is prevented from flowing abruptly.
