Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist removing device capable of efficiently collecting mist in mist-containing gas and coping with the change of filter area without re-mixing the collected mist liquid.SOLUTION: A supply part 95 supplying mist-containing gas is provided at a lower part of a device body 81. A cylindrical filter arrangement part 86 arranging a tubular filter 9 in a vertical orientation is provided at an upper part of the device body 81. A space between an upper surface of the supply part 95 and the filter arrangement part 86 is separably provided so that height adjustment of the tubular filter 9 and the filter arrangement part 86 is allowed. A part 89 having a circular cross section is projected in an upward orientation at an upper surface periphery of the supply part 95. A joining part 121 for sealing a gap to the part 89 having the circular cross section is provided at a lower edge periphery of the filter arrangement part 86, and a part 89 having a circular cross section is provided at an upper edge periphery of the filter arrangement part 86. A lid 111 for sealing a gap to the part 89 having the circular cross section is provided at the topmost part of the filter arrangement part 86.
