PURPOSE: To obtain the title composition which is noncombustible or difficulty combustible, has an excellent cleaning effect and is useful as a remover for flux, grease, etc., a cleaner for IC components, etc., or the like by blending trichlorotrifluoroethane, n-butanol and n-hexane together.

CONSTITUTION: n-Butanol and n-hexane are used in a ratio of, desirably, an azeotropic mixture, and the mixture is mixed with trichlorotrifluoroethane in such amounts that the mixing ratio of the mixture, n-butanol or n-hexane to the trichlorotrifluoroethane is desirably 1-50wt.%.
