Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a signal end type mixer small.
CONSTITUTION: The length l of a tip short-circuit pattern close to the connecting point of a diode 5 in a high pass filter 4 at a high frequency signal input side is selected to be shorter than 1/4 of a wavelength λLO with respect to a local oscillation frequency fLO and serving also as the short-circuit plane of the local oscillation frequency fLO and an intermediate frequency fIF. On the other hand, a tip open stub 6 having impedance short-circuited at the connecting point of the diode in terms of a high frequency signal fRF and at its tip opened in terms of the high frequency signal fRF is inserted to a side opposite to the diode 5.
