To provide a mixer for continuous production of foamed mortar used for packing and backfilling in civil engineering and construction work, etc., which is capable of producing the stable and lightweight foamed mortar and a method for continuous production of the foamed mortar using the same.
The mixer for continuous production of the foamed mortar is constituted by integrating a powder transporting section A which continuously feeds a cement composition and a kneading section B which kneads the separately continuously fed water and air bubbles. A foaming agent solution and compressed air are continuously supplied to an air bubble generator 8 which feeds the produced air bubbles. This method for continuous production of the foamed mortar consists in continuously feeding the cement composition to the powder transporting section, feeding the water and air bubbles just behind the powder transporting section and kneading the mixture in the kneading section.
