CONSTITUTION: The end of a sheet metal which is a blank material for the cutter is bent to a front surface side and is polished parallel with the other surface 11, by which a blade tip part 12 is formed. The coating of titanium nitride, etc., is applied thereon, by which the blade tip part 12 is formed higher by one step than the other surface 11. The mixer cutter which prevents the direct collision of the particles of food with the other surface 11 and the wear of the surface 11 is thus obtd.
