Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer capable of reducing manufacturing cost and improving maintainability while retaining appropriate mixing performance.SOLUTION: A mixer has a mixing flow passage in a casing in which a lid with an inflow port or an outflow port through which fluid is fed at opposite ends of a cylindrical member is disposed. Two or more fluids fed from the inflow port under pressure pass through the mixing flow passage to be mixed and exit from the outflow port. The mixing flow passage comprises one mixing plate or two or more mixing plates disposed in parallel with each other at a predetermined interval in the flow direction of fluid, with a certain clearance provided between the mixing plate and the respective lid of the casing. The mixing plates are formed with a substantially same diameter as an inner diameter of the cylindrical body of the casing, and a plurality of mixing holes having a turbulent flow generation mechanism bored in an entire surface of the mixing plate at a predetermined interval from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
