PURPOSE: To promote the homogenization of the fuel consisting of plural components, and to prevent the reseparation by providing a line mixer to a circulation line.
CONSTITUTION: A pipe 7 for circulation, whose one end is opened in the longitudinal direction at the lower part of a tank 1 and whose other end is opened in the longitudinal direction at the upper part, is provided in the fuel tank 1. A pump 6 is provided on the upstream side of the pipe 7, and a line mixer 8 on the downstream side. The line mixer 8 without any revolving part, wherein the mixing and agitation are performed only by the flow of a fuel F, is suitably used. A line mixer, for example, provided with plural rod-shaped members in the vertical or the horizontal direction or in both directions with clearances between the members, or a line mixer provided inside the pipe with plate members wherein the end surfaces of twisted plates are mutually crossed vertically, is exemplified. Since the mixing is carried out by the line mixer in addition to the mixing between the pipes 7 in the tank 1, the fuel consisting of plural components can be homogenized and the reseparation is prevented.
