PURPOSE: To solve so-called granulation phenomenon and to make homogeneous mixing of a powder with a liq. possible by providing a cylindrical dispersing tool wherein the bottom part consists of a net-like body on a feeding hole for a powder on the upper part of a mixing tank and modifying a little the existing mixing apparatus.

CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical dispersing tool 101 is held on a flange part 81 of the upper edge part of a powder feeding hole provided on the curved part of a lid body 40 and is fixed so as to be projected downward in the mixing tank 20. A round net-like body 11 is prepd. by using a stainless wire material with a diameter of about 2mm and knitting it with a mesh pitch of about 10mm. About six stainless wire materials 12 with a diameter of 10mm are used and their lower ends are spot-welded on the peripheral edge of the net-like body 11 and they are vertically stood to make a cylindrical shape and a part or the upper end or each stainless wire material 12 is bent outerward at right angle and a circular peripheral part 13 and a flange 14 processed with the same material as the stainless wire material 12 are spot-welded on the bent part at right angle to make it as the cylindrical dispersing tool 101 with a bottom.
