Abstract:

PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the titled mixing device with a simple constitution, by providing two pairs of pressure receiving rooms correlated with each other by a linking meas and detecting the displacement and force generated by said linking means to mix two fluids in a fixed mixing ratio. CONSTITUTION:The gas A led via a throttle RA is mixed with the gas B led via a throttle RB in a fixed mixing ratio, and this gaseous mixture is sent out to an external lead-out part 22. In this case, the gas A is led to a pressure receiving bellows 12 of one side by the pressure set by a setting valve 20 as well as to another pressure receiving bellows 13 opposite to the bellows 12 via the throttle RA. While, the gas B is also led to bellows 13 and 15 in the same way via a feedback mechanism consisting of a nozzle 16, a pilot relay 17, etc. The bellows 13 and 15 link with each other via a link path 21 and a beam 10 having a mobile fulcrum 11. In such a constitution, a balance mechanism works automatically to keep a fixed mixing ratio at all times between two fluids despite the pressure variation of gas A or B of the above quantities.
