Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an operation state of high efficiency by proportionally distributing the maximum conveyance amount of a conveying device at a set mixing rate and repeating redistribution on the basis of the maximum discharge amount of one of quantitative discharging devices which is less than a distribution amount as a reference value if the maximum discharge amount of the quantitative discharging device is less than the distribution amount.
SOLUTION: A controller 5 proportionally distributes the maximum conveyance quantity per unit time of the conveying device 4 at the set mixing rate and compares the respective distribution amounts with the maximum discharge amounts per unit time of the quantitative discharging devices 3a to 3e. When the respective maximum discharge amounts are larger than respective distribution amounts, the maximum conveyance amounts are regarded as reference values and proportionally distributed at the mixing ratio to obtain the discharge amounts per unit time of the respective quantitative discharging devices 3a to 3e. If even one of the maximum discharge amounts is less than each distribution amount, the maximum discharge amounts of the quantitative discharging devices 3a to 3e which are less than the distribution amounts are regarded as reference values, and the maximum discharge amounts are redistributed on the basis of the reference values and found. This is repeated until each maximum discharge amount exceeds each distribution amount and the found distribution amounts are regarded as discharge amounts per unit time of the quantitative discharging devices 3a to 3e.
