PURPOSE: To uniformly mix materials consisting of plural components, such as, especially, two pack adhesive, by providing a mixing vessel receiving the material consisting of plural components, an agitating means agitating the material in the mixing vessel, and an ultrasonic oscillator giving ultrasonic oscillation to the inner part of the mixing vessel.

CONSTITUTION: For instance, when two pack epoxy-polyamide resin adhesive is mixed in the ratio of one to one, firstly, the main agent and the hardening agent are respectively measured by a measuring instrument 2 to be supplied with the ratio of one to one to the mixing vessel 1. A driving motor 7 is driven in such a state that the mixing vessel 1 is cooled in a cooling vessel 4. A holder 6 with slip rings 11, piezoelectric elements 14, an amplifying horn 15, and a working horn 16 is rotated. At the same time, the electric signal is outputted from an ultrasonic oscillator 12, and the piezoelectric elements 14 are oscillated and the oscillation is amplified by the amplifying horn 15 to be transmitted to the working horn 16. As a result, the working horn 16 is oscillated while revolving so that the main agent and the hardening agent of the adhesive consisting of two liquid components are ultrasonically oscillated while being rotated to be uniformly mixed in a short time.
