Abstract:
To keep freshness of food by coating or smearing a paper, table ware, vessel or the like with aqueous or water-soluble ink or coating material which is made by mixing rare earth mineral producing minus ions in the stationary state into porous, aqueous and water-soluble ink or coating material.
The freshness of food can be kept by coating or 10 to 30% smearing the paper, table ware, vessel or the like with the aqueous or water-soluble ink or coating material which is made by mixing rare earth mineral powder of 8μm or less by 7 to 15% to aqueous and water-soluble ink or coating material of 100%.
