Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten a treatment time and to uniformize a mixed state, for example, when gas (dispersion) is mixed with a liquid (medium).
CONSTITUTION: A substance to be mixed is put in a mixing chamber 3 wherein a part of the wall surface thereof is formed from bellows 1 and the bellows 1 is expanded and contracted to mix the substance to be mixed. The mixing chamber 3 is formed from the bellows 1 and a bellows case 2 and the drive source expanding and contracting the bellows 1 is provided. One end of the bellows case 2 is connected to a hydraulic pump and pressure sensors 8, 9 are fitted in the pump in order to measure the pressure on a hydraulic side and the pressure on the side of a mixed liquid. A Teflon ring 10 is further provided in order to prevent the contact of the bellows 1 with the bellows case 2.
