Title:
MIXING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3560652
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the production of byproducts to obtain an object compound in high yield while reducing production cost by circulating at least one kind of component, mixing another component with it at an inflow position to a mixing means or at the halfway position and changing the mixing condition of the another component according to increase in the formed quantity of a prescribed compound.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st component is fed to a storage tank 11, and a fixed delivery pump 22 is driven to circulate the 1st component through a static mixer 19. The 2nd component is fed to a storage tank 16. When the circulated quantity to the static mixer 19 is stabilized, a fixed flow delivery pump 15 is driven and a valve 14 is opened to mix and react the 2nd component by the required quantity for synthetic reaction at the upstream position of the static mixer 19 or at the halfway position of the static mixer 19. While the 2nd component is mixed and the reaction is carried out, the reaction rate of the 1st component is measured by a reaction rate measuring device 26 to continuously or stepwise increase or decrease the adding velocity of the 2nd component added at the upstream position of the static mixer 19 or in mid-way thereof according to increase in the reaction rate.
