Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the selection of the material to be used from being deviated by averaging the readily obtained mixing ratio by simplifying the troublesome mixing of a variety of materials while giving one property to two materials.
CONSTITUTION: A material combination deciding means 11 decides the combination of materials based on the 1st property of the target product from among the material property set by a data input means 1 and the properties of the target products. A mixing ratio calculating means 12 obtains the mixing ratio of combining the intermediate products based on the combination of the material. A property information deciding means 13 obtains the property information of the mixing ratio combining the intermediate products based on the combination of materials. An intermediate combination deciding means 14 decides the combination of the intermediate products based on the 2nd property obtained by the means 13 and the 2nd target property set by a setting means. An averaging means 15 average the mixing ratio of the material by the combination of the intermediate products. A material ratio calculating means 16 obtains the mixing ratio of each material based on the averaged mixing ratio of combination.
