Abstract:
PURPOSE:To detect exactly a failure of a mixing ratio, and to prevent effectively the generation of a defective by providing a float which changes its position in the flowing direction of a liquid in a duct line, and detecting a variation of this position. CONSTITUTION:As for a two-liquid mixing airless spray painting device, suction pipes of the first and the second plunger pumps 1, 2 driven by a single air motor 3 are inserted into the first and the second tanks 4, 5 containing each different liquid, respetively, and connected to a spray gun 12 through the first and the second pressure feed duct lines 6, 7, non-return valves 8, 9, a combined duct line 10, and a mixer 11 from each discharge port. In this case, on the way of both the pressure feed duct lines 6, 7, a float 26 is supported so as to be freely slidable only in the axial direction, a premanent magnet is embedded in said float, and also a lead switch 32 is fixed to the outside periphery of the duct line and connected to a control device 33. In this regard, by this control device 33, a solenoid valve 34 of the duct line is controlled. In this state, when a discharge pressure drops due to a seal failure, etc., a lead switch 33 is separated by the float 26, and the solenoid valve 34 is closed, and the pumps 1, 2 are stopped.
