Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a simulation method capable of evaluating the mixing of a particulate material after mixing operation corresponding to the change state of the quality value of the particulate material at the time of supply in a particulate material mixer.
CONSTITUTION: A mixing simulation method is constituted of respective functions of the setting of the flow line of the particulate material in a mixer, the mesh division corresponding to a withdrawing amount, the mixing calculation due to circulating operation, the discharge calculation accompanied by the mixing at the time of discharge and the output of a result.
