PURPOSE: To provide an adhesive having a low activation temperature, good adhesion, and high heat resistance by compounding a nitrile rubber dispersion liq. having a specific compsn., a dispersion liq. of polyurethane and/or polyurea, and a polyisocyanate compd. and additives, as required.
CONSTITUTION: This is a mixture of aq. polymer dispersion liqs. comprising the following A, and B, and C and/or D, if required. [A] A dispersion liq. having 5-70 wt.% solid content, whose Shore hardness is 10-70, of a nitrile rubber comprising 80-50 wt.% styrene and/or isobutylene, 20-50 wt.% (meth)acrylonitrile, 0-10 wt.% styrene, and an α,β-monoethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid, etc. [B] A dispersion liq. of polyurethane and/or polyurea having 50-70 wt.% solid content and a softening point in the range of 40-120°C. And A:B=95:5-5:95 in the weight ratio of the solid. [C] 0.1-20 pts.wt. polyisocyanate compd. per 100 pts.wt. A and B total. [D] Other additives.
