Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixture producing apparatus comprising a mixing part that can simplify the constitution to facilitate cleaning and effectively mix a mixture stock with a heated liquid.SOLUTION: A powder milk formulator (10A) produces milk by mixing powder milk (MP) with a heated liquid (L) in a milk formulating part (50A). The milk formulating part (50A) comprises a milk formulating container (51) into which the powder milk (MP) is cast, an inlet (52) that discharges the heated liquid (L) along the inner wall face of the milk formulating container (51), an exhaust port (53) that discharges milk mixed inside the milk formulating container (51), and a separator 55 provided at the center inside the milk formulating container (51).
