To provide a new MMP-2 (matrix metalloprotease)-2 and/or MMP-9 inhibitor, to provide a disruption suppression/regeneration promoter of soft tissue adhesion, to provide a disruption suppression/regeneration promoter of connective tissual adhesion, to provide a disruption suppression/regeneration promoter of epithelial adhesion, to provide a deepening suppression/repair promoter of a periodontal pocket and to provide a tooth mobility inhibitor.
The MMP-2 and/or MMP-9 inhibitor, disruption suppression/regeneration promoter of the soft tissue adhesion, disruption suppression/regeneration promoter of the connective tissual adhesion, disruption suppression/regeneration promoter of the epithelial adhesion, disruption suppression/regeneration promoter of the deepening suppression/repair promoter of the periodontal pocket and tooth mobility inhibitor comprising one or more kinds selected from histidine and a salt thereof as an active ingredient are provided.
