Abstract:
A moving X-ray inspection apparatus comprising an X-ray generating section (2) including an X-ray tube for irradiating a specimen with X-rays, a section (1) for restricting X-rays by means of a movable blade, an arm section (3) for holding the X-ray generating section (2) and the restricting section (1), a column (4) moving up and down while supporting the arm section (3), a carrying truck (5), and an X-ray control section (6) for controlling the X-ray generating conditions and movement of the truck. Operability of the moving X-ray inspection apparatus can be enhanced by providing at least two knob parts (11, 12) on the outer circumferential surface of the restricting section (1), providing an X-ray photographing conditions setting section at the restricting section (1), or ensuring the visual field of an operator at the time of moving the apparatus by extrusion molding the X-ray generating section (2) or the column (4).
