The mobile advertisement management service system includes: an advertiser system including an advertisement production database server which manages television animation advertisement to which advertisement is produced or a file of multimedia animation advertisement; an advertisement management service company system for receiving the transmission of the advertiser system to convert the file into an advertisement animation file for mobile in a form to be reproduced by a mobile; a mobile communication provider system for receiving transmission of the advertisement animation file for mobile converted by the advertisement management service company system to provide service of the multimedia animation advertisement for mobile by selecting a specific target requested by the advertiser and a subscriber's terminal loading a program to provide the service of the multimedia animation advertisement for mobile from the mobile communication provider system.
