To provide a mobile apparatus for boring soil gas examination holes and capable of drilling holes for collecting samples for the examination of soil gas even if a location of examination is a covered location without physically applying large physical load on a worker and extremely efficiently drilling holes at a large number of locations.

A column 1d is raised in a carriage 1, and a lifting member 2 to which a hammer drill 5 is mounted is mounted to the column 1d in such a way as to be vertically moved and rotated by the operation of a handle. An engine generator 3 and a powder dust recovery device 4 are mounted to the carriage 1. A cover member 4b is mounted to the tip of a hose 4a of the powder dust recovery device 4. A drill blade 6 for drilling concrete; a bar 7 for drilling soil; and a bar 8 for driving protective pipes are selectively mounted to the hammer drill 5. In the case of drilling holes in concrete, holes are drilled with collecting generated power dust in the powder dust collection device 4.
