PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a wireless communication device; a wireless communication system; a wireless communication method; and a program.SOLUTION: A base station comprises: a communication part which communicates in any one communication mode of MU-MIMO(Multi User-Multiple Input Multiple Output) mode and SU-MIMO(Single User-Multiple Input Multiple Output) mode; and a resource-assigning part which assigns a first resource for the MU-MIMO mode, and a second resource for the SU-MIMO mode. The base station notifies a mobile station of information for identifying the first and second resources.
