PURPOSE: To prevent the rocking of a mobile cable efficiently and enable the prevention of abrasion of a mobile cable coating material by rotatably inserting a mobile cable into a passing part with a play, and preventing the sliding of the inserting part on the mobile cable by the action of a binding band.

CONSTITUTION: By the operation of an elevator, a mobile cable 6 is vertically moved, and the position of a U-shaped curved part 7 is vertically displaced. The cable 6 is rotated together with a binding band 10 around the axial line within a passing through part 12 due to the internal distortion caused in accordance with the bending of the curved part 7, and the internal distortion is solved. Thus, the rocking of the curved part 7 by the distortion of the cable 6 is suppressed. A space S2 is provided between a coupler 8 and the band 10 so that the cable 6 can be rotated within the passing part 12. As the intervals of the cable 6 are held by a connecting part 13, the abrasion of a coating material accompanied by the movement and bending of the cable is prevented. Further, as the movement of the coupler 8 in the axial direction of the cable 6 is regulated by the band 10, the abrasion of the cable 6 by the sliding of the coupler 8 is also prevented.
