Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a stable switching system capable of performing base station switching control even at an area where complicated fading occurs in each service area in a mobile communication system in which a mobile machine can travel the service areas where plural base stations are neighboring.

CONSTITUTION: When at least two base stations out of the plural base stations 1-6 connected to a central station 15 receive the transmission waves from the mobile machines 7, 8, the switching judgement of the base station holds to perform switching by a fuzzy inference rule when the reception signal strength of an opposite base station is weak even when the reception signal strength of the base station performing communication is decreased.
