The mobile communication system 1a includes: a call origination request reception section 301 for receiving first terminal information transmitted from a mobile phone 40 when the mobile phone 40 makes a call to another communication terminal and for specifying the mobile phone 40 by associating additional information the first terminal information with a second terminal information to specify the other communication terminal; an additional number specifying section 102 for specifying an additional number to be notified by the other communication terminal on the basis of the received first terminal information and additional information; and a call request section 303 using the specified additional number to make a call request to the other communication terminal.
