Abstract:

To confirm the variable situation of origination in a mobile (UE).

When an origination request is received from an UE 30 in the area of a BTS 20 and there is no free resource of the individual channel of the BTS 20, origination is reserved for an UE 30 which has requested origination. An RNC 10 has an origination information storage section 14 for storing the identification information and the reservation time information of the UE 30 which has requested origination, and generates the information of the number of mobiles reserving origination in the area of the BTS 20 with reference to the origination information storage section 14, and then notifies the information to all UEs in the area of the BTS 20. The BTS 20 has a section 23 for generating a reservation information channel with the UE 30 and notifies the information of the number of mobiles to the UE 30 by using a reservation information channel. The RNC 10 updates the information of the number of mobiles when the resource of individual channel of the BTS 20 is changed.
