Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically detect the level of movement, and to automatically operate setting change to each kind of application service generated for movement by providing a mobile device position registration related information reading part for reading position registration related information from a module for storing position registration related information transmitted and received with a radio base station at a mobile terminal.
SOLUTION: A mobile device position registration related information reading part 1 reads position registration related information from a function module for storing information related with the cell zone of its own cell or an adjacent cell at the time of transmitting and receiving a signal by radio with the radio base station side or information related with a radio channel resource which is provided at a mobile terminal. A mobile device position registration related information managing part 2 arranges, stores, and preserves the read information, and an operation condition pre-setting part 3 allows a user to select and set a reference value at the time of judging whether or not the mobile terminal is moving according to the frequency of the update of the position registration related information in a waiting state that the power source of the mobile terminal is supplied.
