Abstract:
To select an efficient bearer out of a circuit switching bearer and a packet bearer.
When a file constituted of attribute information and a file body is downloaded, a moving body 1 downloads only the attribute information of the file at first. The size information of the file body is obtained by analyzing the downloaded attribute information, and then the file body is downloaded by selecting a bearer corresponding to the size information of the obtained file body.
