Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a crushed material of a desired particle size distribution over a wide range and also to normally secure the optimum crushed quantity by controlling the rotational speeds of raw material feeding start and of raw material feeding stop so that the actual rotational speed of a crusher can be consistent with an object one.
CONSTITUTION: A controller 6 controls a hydraulic motor 1, a flow control part 2, a hydraulic source part 3 and the like so that when a crusher is rotated at an object speed set by a rotational speed setting device 7, an actual rotational speed N obtained from a rotation detector 4 can be consistent with the object one. The controller 6 starts the feeding of a raw material from a raw material feeding device when the actual rotational speed N of the crusher rises and becomes the actual rotational speed of the crusher showing the feeding start of the raw material for every rotational speed set by the rotational speed setting device 7, and it stops the feeding of the raw material from the raw material feeding device when the actual speed N of the crusher lowers and becomes the actual speed of the crusher showing the feeding stop of the raw material for every object rotational speed set by the rotational speed setting device 7.
