Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a movable crusher where earth and sand being impurity are removed from rocks in a quarry before crushing to produce an aggregate of a high quality and a dump truck, etc., are automatically loaded with it.
CONSTITUTION: On a freely travelling crawler 2 are mounted a feed hopper 10, a vibrating screen 20 with a grizzly, a crusher 30, a transporting device 40, a product hopper 100 and a bar code sensor 120 for detecting a transporting vehicle. And a vibrating screen 50 for removing earth and sand from the minus sieve of the vibrating feeder 20 with a grizzly and an auxiliary transporting device for transporting the earth and sand are also provided.
